Goin' for Broke

I've taken a break, but the season is back and so is my new training regime...1 case of pneumonia, followed by intervals of Bronchitis. Ramping up to 3-colds, one white-cell disorder and most recently, a serious session with Norovirus......so its off for some much needed sleep restructuring and a new diet on par with evil sievel.
