Basement Findings

After much sorting and digging around the compound. The glorious brewing equipment of yester-year was uncovered and cleaned, ready to be fired up and put back into full rotation. Once the holidays settle down, the flu subsides and training begins again, I'll need carbohydrate replenishments. For those that remember the thirsty years in newmarket and the brewing traditions established there, Fusion brewery will open back up in new location with first beers expected in early to mid february. The old brewery crew could be called back to duty Bread Ninja and Ryan among others for sampling and bottling purposes. There is only one roadblock and that is a 20 pound animal, a wolverine, with a voracious appetite for toys and attention leaving nothing but drool, diapers and tired arms from airplane rides in his wake. However i'm sure once he smells the sweet aroma of such hoppy creations, that will all change.

Also of note, this weekend, can the weather be any better for a trip to the CX nationals. I won't have to track down my winter boots for a change this year. Can't wait to see all the festivities this year!!! Ride on
