Its the Season

If clothes were bike parts...I would be rolling out a new Major Jake, however since they are not, I will be sportin' some new threads. X-mas was a little more chaotic but without the severe weather this year. A good few days with family, friends, more family and new beers. The little man reaped the benefits of his first xmas, he is burried under a pile of musical toys, blinking lights, stuffed animals and I'm shackled with the bill to Duracell and Energeizer for all the batteries. Finally got over my cough, my endurance is piss poor, stamina is in the crapper. Started back on the bike for a few minutes before the fuse blew in the basement compound and that needed to be sorted out so it prematurely ended the ride. Hope to be back on the saddle soon enough. Looking into the spring road events, MTB events and going to focus on cross in the fall. the only things that I'm lacking for these ambitious goals is fitness, a cross bike, dinero and time. Been following the americans in belgium right now, some good stuff, so many races in such short time is awsome, keeps the blood flowing. Hope to have some new picts up soon of the winter bike projects, makeing sure the gus and vuth keep busy helpin me get ready. Of course there will be no mentioning of how the bengals put a big damper on my xmas eve. Well since the holidays are over its time to detox and dry out for a few hours before the new year is flushed in. Off to eat some leftover pie.
